Tenterden Christmas Market Hamper Competition 2024:

• The competition winner will receive a Christmas food and drink hamper as described in the competition advertisement
• Products contained within the hamper may contain allergens including but not limited to, nuts and seeds
• The competition winner will be selected at random following Tenterden Christmas Market in the week commencing 25th November 2024
• The competition winner must provide their full address and contact details as required for delivery of the prize. Should these details not be provided within 28 days of the prize draw, we reserve the right for the competition to be void
• Market Square Group Ltd T/A Zoom Events reserves the right to withdraw or cancel this competition at any time
• All competition entrants must be aged 18 or over. The hamper prize may contain alcohol

Use of the Zoom Events Website and Online Booking System:

By using the site, and or online booking system, you are agreeing to the following usage and booking terms and conditions.

1. Customers should protect any password and login details as they will be accountable for any bookings made in their name, whether made by the actual customer or not
2. We do not offer refunds on cancelled or non-attended bookings and online bookings are non-transferable
3. Zoom Events cannot be held responsible for any online bookings made incorrectly or in error by the customer
4. Customers are accountable for all online bookings made in their name (even when made incorrectly) and the charge associated with them
5. All online bookings will be confirmed by email detailing any transactional information
6. You will need to provide evidence of your booking
7. Zoom Events reserves the right to make any changes to the timetable or the online booking system at any time
8. Zoom Events reserves the right to decline any booking without reason
9. Zoom Events reserves the right to refuse entry and remove people from the premises without reason
10. Events & Markets may require purchase of a nominally priced  entry ticket. Due to the low value and processing costs of such tickets, all tickets purchased for the those events or markets are deemed non-refundable.
