Victoria Gardens is within easy walking distance of the town centre, so bus, train and shank’s pony are all viable modes of transport to get you safely to and from this exciting new event.
A top line up of live music, entertainment for children and a parent/carer and child area. Great fun for young and old and all those in the middle, the Ashford Sausage and Cider Festival is a celebration of the traditional with the original in a relaxed friendly atmosphere.
What better way to celebrate Fathers’ Day weekend – go on, buy the old man a ticket and bring him along.
Music stage, street performers, children’s entertainment, and seating areas together with traditional fairground rides add to the ambience.

Ticket Order Information
Please ensure you enter a valid email for your ticket purchase. The tickets will be emailed to that address.
If you do not receive your ticket and confirmation to your email address within half an hour of placing your order, please contact Market Square Group on 01832 281 274 for assistance.
Please print one copy of each ticket – multiple copies cannot be used to enter an event.
Early Bird Tickets
Until 31st March 2019, we are offering a maximum of 500 early bird tickets at each day of this event at up to 50% off the on the day ticket price. Overall numbers are limited by venue capacity and we cannot guarantee on the day entry.
Concession Tickets
Disabled ticket holders will need to bring one of the following for their carer to be admitted free of charge:
- Entitlement to Disability Living Allowance for children under 16 or Personal Independent payments for those aged 16-64, either in the form of a letter stating that the benefit has been awarded, or the actual Allowance book
- Attendance Allowance or Carer’s Allowance letter of award
- Incapacity Benefit books, or a letter notifying the recipient that the benefit has been awarded
- A Blue or Orange badge, or
- In the case of visual impairment, a registration card known as the BD8 or a Certificate of Visual Impairment (CVI)
- Carers will need to purchase a free carers ticket (this is a requirement due venue number limits)
Wheelchair Users
We endeavour to ensure that our events are wheelchair friendly. However, if you are purchasing a concession ticket as a wheelchair user, please telephone Market Square Group on 01832 281 274 at the time of booking to confirm the exact arrangements we have made for your event.
Students
- Will be required to show a current student ID or NUS card.
Childrens Tickets
For children aged under 12, an accompanying adult will need to book a free child ticket for each child. This ensures we are able to keep track of the total number of people entering the venue.
Children aged 12 – 17 must be accompanied by an adult and will require the relevant reduced rate child ticket for each child.
18’s and over will require an adult or concession ticket as applicable.
Family Ticket
A family ticket can be purchased for up to 2 adults and 3 children (aged up to and including 17 years old). This ticket can provide a saving if you have multiple children within your party aged between 12 and 17 years old.
VIP Tickets
Our VIP packages are ideal for groups of friends or corporate outings. They include 8 adult entry tickets to the festival on one day, 8 event programmes, reserved table and covered seating throughout the chosen event day, priority table position close to the live music stage, 16 tokens which can be exchanged at the bar for ½ pint of cider or a soft drink.
Please note that VIP tickets must be purchased in advance and cannot be purchased on the day of the event.

Tickets may be available on the day but no guarantees can be made as thre are limited tickets and visitor numbers.

Hot Face Sauces
In homage to the festival, Hot Faces will be providing a special selection of chilli flavoured ciders and beers in partnership with Fallen Angel Brewery. There will also be a huge selection of over 100 different chilli products from local, national and international companies including sauces, jams, mustards, salsas, oils, snacks, gifts, dried chillies and chilli purees.

A gourmet range of British game, rare breed meats, exotic meats and poultry. Including our award winning range of boneless festive mini roasts and lean meaty sausages.

Award winning, flavoured, waxed cheese truckles.

Handcrafted Outdoor Wooden Garden Furniture. Manufactured in the UK and delivered fully assembled to customer houses. All furniture products are made from high-quality Scandinavian redwood, using sustainable woods to ensure the quality.
HOT FOOD
Heavenly Sausage
Pre smoked, bbq foot long sausages (chicken, pork) along with homemade stuffed dumplings. All products are Polish.
JW Farms
Kent Farmhouse Sausages – Kent Reared Free Range Pork Sausages packed with flavour & herbs served in a fresh locally baked soft roll. Push me Pull me Lamb – Slow roasted tender shoulder of Lamb that has been grass fed on the Kent Downs with delicate seasoning, melt in the mouth pulled meat served in a freshly baked soft Kent roll. Sides: Perfect Pigs in Blankets – Kent Free Range Pork Sausages carefully wrapped in our own Succulent Home Cured Bacon! Kentish Coleslaw – Made with Crisp Fresh Kent Vegetables in a Free Range Egg Mayonnaise. Mint Sauce - Fresh Mint with a hint of Basil, sweet sticky sauce a perfect companion to our Pulled Lamb.

Freshly cooked sweet, savoury and breakfast crepes.
The Cooking Box Ltd
Burgers with a variety of homemade toppings, which can be added to a traditional meat burger or a chicken breast or vegetarian, all served in a bun with a side of fries and homemade coleslaw. All produce is sourced locally within the Kent area. We also offer nachos with various toppings, water and canned drinks.
Real Greek Food
Pork or chicken souvlaki in a pitta bread with tomato, tzatziki sauce, onion and fries.
Eat Fresh Catering
Locally sourced gourmet sausages such as; Pork & Leek, Cumberland and Pork, Red Wine & Italian Herbs, all served in a soft roll with various toppings.

Luke’s Cider
Small batch craft cider to taste and take away. His first draft which is Still Cloudy Cider, along his second batch cider (lightly sparkling, medium dry canned cider). Meanwhile on the bar you can purchase his first draft Still Cloudy Cider.
Turners Cider
Rhubard Cider and Elderflower Cider by the glass. To take home: Our range of Kentish craft ciders: Dry Cider, Medium Cider, Elderflower Cider, Russet Cider, Pear Cider. Six bottle jute gift bags.
